Our skilled Reseller Partners have been trained and certified to carry out the support you need and because you develop a personal relationship with your Business Partner, you can choose a contract that best suits you. The options range from telephone support to on-site support, with cover periods ranging from an annual contract to a simple ad-hoc basis - the choices are extensive.
Our Reseller Partners are in turn supported by our own helpdesk, staffed with experienced technicians. If your accredited Business Partner encounters a software issue that requires further investigation, you can be assured that we are working in conjunction with them to provide you with a solution.
